The route is a 7.2km distance from KGV Park to the Scolty Tower and back.
Runners will run up towards the tower using the left hand route and return down the right hand side.
Entrants must be 16 years and over.
Prizes are as follows:
Gents - 1st £50, 2nd £30, 3rd £20, 4th £10
Ladies - 1st £50, 2nd £30, 3rd £20, 4th £10
